This was suposed to be a movie, but my current blog host does not allow for this presently. So to solve the problem, go buy your own and be mesmerised :-)

Perhaps you should sign in for a Youtube account. There you can upload your video and add an embedded link on your blog, including thumbnail preview. It worked for me.
Good idea Studio 35D, it may be a good way of posting video, although I don't like the you tube site that much, it seems very messy and un organised in appearance.
